  • Without the video, we won’t be able to process the return.

Exchanges

  • If the fit isn’t quite right, don’t worry! We offer exchanges for size issues.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 2 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges depend on the availability of the size.
  • If your required size isn’t in stock, we’ll issue you a store credit that you can use on your next purchase.
  • Kindly note: we do not offer cash refunds.
